The usage of this page, as well as the submission of complaints through it, implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed below. You are advised to read them carefully, as they set forth your rights and obligations regarding any transaction or operation related to this website.
IMPORTANT: This Integrity Channel is not the place to make customer complaints nor an emergency mechanism, please use other available resources to satisfy those requirements.
This platform has been developed by Fundación Generación Empresarial at the request of CAP Group, with the purpose of encourage, facilitate and enable the reporting of illicit activities to which our employees, suppliers, collaborators, shareholders, and other stakeholders may be exposed to.
It must be noted that:
  • CAP Group will carefully review every and all complaints submitted through this site. Please ensure that your complaint is as accurate and truthful as possible, do not intentionally include false or misleading information. The intentional submission of false or misleading information may result in civil or criminal liability.
  • This Integrity Channel has been designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided. It is administered and technically supported by Fundación Generación Empresarial. The review, investigation and resolution of the complaints made in it will be responsibility of CAP Group.
  • You will have the option of submitting complaints anonymously. At the end of the process, you will be required to provide a password and an automatic code for your complaint will be generated. Both the code and the password will be required if you want to check the status of your complaint. Your complaint will always remain confidential.
The user agrees to:
  • Provide complete and truthful information about the complaint and about you if it is necessary.
  • State and describe real situations.
  • Keep a kind and respectful language.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in the information provided.
  • Refrain from any form of identity theft or impersonation.
  • Refrain from publishing content for which you do not have copyright or equivalents.
  • Refrain from publishing content that promotes discrimination or hatred against individuals, groups or communities, directly or indirectly.
  • Refrain from publishing content that includes publicity, offering paid services or establishing spam systems, email chains, etc.
Furthermore, the user must not send or transmit any kind of content that:
  • Goes against any legal norm related to copyright or industrial property in any jurisdiction.
  • Encourage dangerous activities that may harm people's physical or mental health.
  • Contains false information.
  • Contains illegal, violent, degrading or pornographic images or content.
  • Contains viruses or any software program that may harm the platform.
  • Creates spam systems (unsolicited emails).
  • According to Art. 161 A from the Chilean Criminal Code, any audio files submitted alongside the complaint cannot refer to private conversations recorded without the consent from all parties involved, or conversations recorded on private premises or non-available to the public.
  • According to Art. 161 A from the Chilean Criminal Code, any photography or video submitted cannot be recorded without the consent from all parties involved when they are being filmed on private premises or in non-available to the public places.
  • Violates the Law.
Upon accepting the terms and conditions, the user:
  • Gives CAP Group authorization to use their personal information provided when submitting the complaint.
  • CAP Group will ensure compliance with Law No. 19628 regarding Personal life protection. Therefore, any personal information that they may access regarding the complaint will be exclusively used for the purpose they were provided.

This channel is intended for anyone who becomes aware of any activity that could involve a violation of national laws or regulations and/or of the principles established in the Group's internal policies, allowing such concerns to be reported safely, anonymously, and confidentially, so they can be assessed and addressed based on the information provided and the procedures defined internally.

Every CAP Group employee has the responsibility and commitment to report any violation observed in the various areas related to the company's operations.
